Hertsmere Borough Council - Shenley
I have lived with my wife Sarah (also a Councillor) and our three children in Potters Bar since 2002. I have been a Councillor for Potters Bar Parkfield ward since May 2007 and am currently Chairman of Scrutiny at Hertsmere. I lead the committees/panels responsible for monitoring Council performance and I am also Vice-Chairman of Audit.
As a banker I have brought my knowledge and skills for the benefit of Hertsmere residents, helping the Council maintain an enviable record for fiscal prudence and efficiency. This has helped ensure that Hertsmere maintains the services that residents require, while keeping Council Tax as low as possible.
