Your Bushey Park councillors, David Carter, Linda Silver and Anne Swerling have been over seeing King George Recreation Ground and are delighted it has been such a happy and welcoming place during lockdown. The Cafe has been amazing dealing with takeaway coffees over the months.
Two new benches have been ordered to replace those that have ‘seen better days’ and some new tree saplings have been planted.
It is also good to see the tennis courts and volleyball area open again and to see them being used.
It is hoped that surgeries with the local PSCO will commence again in the warmer months and they will take place outside in King George Recreation Ground. Dates and times to be notified.
